Imagine you are with a coachee who has a specific challenge.<\/h6><\/div>

You will send the coachee the link to the starting page of the personal Visual Explore Session.<\/h6><\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/i><\/span><\/div>
When ready, the coachee initiates the session which will open the gallery, showing the images of the chosen card deck.<\/h6><\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

You ask the coachee to pick a card which intuitively connects with the challenge.<\/h6><\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/i><\/span><\/div>
Once a card is chosen, you encourage the coachee to share what triggered to chose this particular card.<\/h6><\/div>

Once ready, the coachee has the opportunity to pick a 2nd card.<\/h6><\/div>

This time, the cards are face down. You ask the coachee to pick another card.<\/h6><\/div>

The moment when the 2nd card is chosen, watch out for the immediate reactions of your coachee!<\/h6><\/div>

What was the reaction when the 2nd card showed? Again, encourage the coachee to share the thoughts which came up with the 2nd card.<\/h6><\/div>

With both chosen cards side by side, you explore with the coachee the impact each card has had.<\/h6><\/div>
